Based on advice from the NSW Government’s Chief Health Officer and the recent update to the NSW Public Health Order, the following is to be implemented for all open homes and auctions;

We respectfully request the following attendees do not enter the property;

- Those who have not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Person(s) feeling unwell;
- Person(s) who have been told to self isolate;
- Person(s) who have had a COVID 19 Test within the past 14 days
- Person(s) and or close family who have visited one of the identified reported case locations in the 14 days prior
- Person(s) who have visited international locations and have arrived in Australia in the last 14 days; 
- Person(s) who have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

We respectfully request that ALL attendees ensure to;

- Show the consultant proof of vaccination against COVID-19
- Wear a Mask 
- Check in using the QR Code upon arrival (or register your attendance with our consultant) and provide name, contact number and email address  
- Adhere to social distancing measures including; Maintaining a distance of 1.5m between themselves and others at all times. Follow the guidance of the agent as directed, to ensure that the 4 square metre rule is maintained. 
- Use hand sanitiser provided prior to entry and; 
- Refrain from touching any surface in the property.  

In the event that you feel unwell within 14 days following this open home, we request that you contact our office immediately.
